CFUnited 2008 Day 3 recap

Day 3! I changed my schedule a few times, what a rebel. And I left my wallet (with room key) in my room. Luckily the hotel security wasn't very good and I just had to say I left my key in my room and they gave me another. Sadly I wasn't too impressed with the sessions I attended today. I didn't attend the "Flex 3 for CF Developers" session (the Flex 2 incarnation was by far my favorite from last year).

I've been having to delete some spam comments, a few week. I ran down and cornered Ray Camden (read: walked up to and said hi) to ask him about this and what he'd recommend. Since it gets through the image validation, he doesn't think it's a spambot, but actual people, manually adding spam comments. Wow, really? People think they can spam my comments to make a buck? How flattering! Ray told me he gets 2-4 of the same thing a week. And in our 4 minute conversation, I must have mentioned how my blog gets such a pitiful number of hits at least three times. My post on wowhead popups is going on ten times the hits of any other post. I need to figure what keywords I put into that post and do more like it!
